How to Apply:
• The application forms can be had from all Information Centers of University / Store Keeper, Examination Store, MGU on remittance of the prescribed fee at the University Cash counter / Friends Janasevana Kendra, Kottayam, Ernakulam, Painavu, Pathanamthitta or by taking DD in favour of the Finance Officer, MGU, Kottayam, payable at SBT MGU Campus Branch

• Requests for sending the application by post must be addressed to the Store Keeper (Exams), MGU, Priyadarshini Hills P.O, Kottayam along with affixing postage stamp worth Rs.20/-, a pay-in-slip / DD / Friends Janasevana Kendra receipt (Kottayam, Pathanamthitta, Ernakulam and Painavu)

• The filled in application forms must be accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope for Rs.37/- to return the certificates by registered post

• The application forms must be addressed to the Director, School of Distance Education, MGU, Priyadarsini Hills P.O., Kottayam – 686560
